Warranty

Yutong provides overseas customers with competitive warranty policy. In principle, the warranty period is 12 months or 100,000km (whichever comes first) counted from the handover date to the first customer. The designated wearing and consumable parts are not included.

1. Yutong’s overseas service network covers more than 30 countries and regions, and the worldwide service network of world renowned companies, like Cummins, ZF, act as a supplement;

2. Yutong’s professional service team is committed to providing customers with timely and effective after-sales service, and resident service teams have been set up in more than 20 countries and regions.

3. A general warehouse is set up in the head office site of Yutong, and another 6 overseas warehouses have been set up in Cuba, Africa, Middle East, Asia, CIS and South America, with a total inventory reached 50 million US dollars, thus greatly reducing the parts supply period.

4. Yutong International Training Center, the first training base in China’s automobile industry which is focused on the training of technicians from overseas, was set up in Zhengzhou. In addition, another 2 regional training centers haven established in Cuba and Ghana, providing customers with personnel and service training in local areas.

5. Yutong has initially set up a service information support system with the functions of quality information feedback, online settlement, online inquiry of technical information, etc.
